New Student Physical Health Services Available Soon
Taft Union High School District is pleased to offer Telehealth services for all students at no cost. Through our partner, Hazel Health, students will have access to on-demand medical visits.
A signed consent form is required for students to use these services.
How It Works
Students can meet with virtual healthcare providers right from the school nurse’s office. Hazel Health providers can evaluate your child’s symptoms and provide appropriate treatment. Parents or guardians can choose to join their student during the virtual office visit.
Hazel Health can help with a wide range of concerns, including sore throat, asthma, allergies, headaches, and other minor illness.
Please complete the student consent form at the link below as soon as possible so your student is prepared to access these health services during the school year.

El Distrito Escolar Taft Union High School se complace en ofrecer servicios de telemedicina para todos los estudiantes sin costo alguno. A través de nuestro socio, Hazel Health, los estudiantes tendrán acceso a consultas médicas bajo demanda.

Cómo Funciona

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting student health, well-being, and school attendance, Taft Union High School and Buena Vista High School are partnering with Hazel Health to provide students with convenient access to physical healthcare during school hours. Hazel Health offers telehealth services that allow students to receive care for a variety of common physical health concerns without having to leave campus. Parents and guardians may participate in their student’s telehealth visit using a mobile device, allowing them to be involved in the appointment and discuss their student’s healthcare needs with the provider.
Care plans and consent documentation can be tailored to meet each student’s individual healthcare needs.
